Research background
My academic training is in Latin American history, Hispanic studies, language and literature, and the history of science and technology. That background shapes how I approach educational technology: historically, critically, and with close attention to evidence, institutions, and human agency.
The workshop project also draws on more than two decades of classroom practice in curriculum design, language acquisition, historical inquiry, assessment, and student support.
